Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bajilaiv ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bajilaiv website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, and all associated services. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and depositing players without exception.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy document, these Terms shall take precedence unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

bajilaiv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will publish a notice on the platform and update the "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document. Your continued use of bajilaiv following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to bajilaiv is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bajilaiv operates an 18+ only policy without exception. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting market on the platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal guardianship or mental incapacity order that limits your ability to enter contracts, you are not eligible to use bajilaiv.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on bajilaiv. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or under any alias, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, either voluntarily placed through bajilaiv's Responsible Gaming tools or through any external self-exclusion programme. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
• Not Employed by the Platform: Current employees, contractors, consultants, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offer on bajilaiv.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of games, betting markets, and financial services on bajilaiv, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. bajilaiv will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to request your account password. Any disclosure of your credentials to a third party is done entirely at your own risk. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team at support@bajilaiv immediately.

• Accurate Information: All personal details provided during registration and KYC must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including name, date of birth, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Account Updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your contact details, payment method, or other registered information changes, you must update your profile promptly via the account settings section or by contacting support.
• Two-Factor Authentication: We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your bajilaiv account. While 2FA is optional, it provides a significant additional layer of security against unauthorised access attempts.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your bajilaiv account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will render the account liable to immediate suspension.

bajilaiv reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage — including enhanced KYC verification, source of funds documentation, or proof of payment method ownership — as part of our anti-fraud and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in a temporary restriction on deposits and withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

bajilaiv supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected to serve the Bangladesh market. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). There are no currency conversion fees applied by bajilaiv for transactions conducted in BDT.

Supported payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any given time due to technical maintenance, regulatory considerations, or third-party provider decisions. bajilaiv is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will be declined automatically by the payment system. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by bajilaiv, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction limits.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed. You must complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
• Payment Method Consistency: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This policy is maintained to prevent money laundering and to protect players from fraudulent withdrawal attempts by third parties.
• No Fees on Withdrawals: bajilaiv does not charge players any processing fee on standard withdrawals. Any fees applied by your mobile wallet provider or bank are outside of bajilaiv's control and are your responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

bajilaiv offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the terms outlined in this section and any additional specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real funds.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the specified validity window will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Player: Each promotional offer is available to one eligible player account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus more than once — whether through multiple accounts, shared devices, or any other method — constitutes abuse and may result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–50%). The contribution rates applicable to each promotion will be stated in that promotion's terms.
• Withdrawal Before Wagering: If a player chooses to withdraw funds before completing the applicable wagering requirement, the bonus balance and any winnings attributable to the bonus will be forfeited. Only the player's own cash balance (excluding the bonus) will be eligible for withdrawal in such circumstances.

bajilaiv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any change does not prejudice players who have already commenced the wagering requirement for an active bonus. The platform also reserves the right to withhold promotional rewards where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or any other violation of these Terms.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All casino games available on bajilaiv — including video slots, live dealer tables, crash games such as Aviator by Spribe, colour prediction rounds, and Crazy 777 — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined independently of bajilaiv and cannot be manipulated by the platform, the player, or any third party.

• Game Rules: Each game hosted on bajilaiv has its own set of rules, paytable, and return-to-player (RTP) percentage, as determined by the game provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money. Game rules are accessible within each game's interface.
• Disconnection During Play: bajilaiv is not responsible for interrupted gameplay resulting from the player's internet connection failure, device malfunction, or power outage. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino hand or in-play bet, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. Any unplaced bets or incomplete game rounds will be handled in accordance with the game provider's disconnection policy.
• Sports Betting Markets: All sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other events, are governed by the specific rules published in the sportsbook section of bajilaiv. In cases of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the sportsbook's published event resolution rules.
• Obvious Errors: In the event of an obvious error in the display of odds, game settings, or bonus credits — including but not limited to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error — bajilaiv reserves the right to void any bets placed or winnings generated as a result of that error. Players will be notified of any such voiding and the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Maximum Win Limits: Single-transaction win caps may apply to certain games and promotions. Where a maximum win limit applies, it will be clearly disclosed in the game rules or promotion terms. Winnings exceeding the stated cap will not be credited to the player's account.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, using stolen payment credentials, or submitting fraudulent identity documents during KYC verification.
• Money Laundering: Using bajilaiv to deposit, layer, or extract funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illegally obtained money. bajilaiv operates a strict AML policy and reports suspicious activity to compliance teams as required.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering more than one account on bajilaiv under any identity, whether real or fabricated, for any purpose including circumventing a self-exclusion, claiming duplicate bonuses, or avoiding a previous account suspension.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated bonus farming, use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or any other method designed to extract value from promotions beyond their intended scope.
• Technical Exploitation: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any software vulnerability in the bajilaiv platform, its games, or its payment infrastructure. Using automated scripts, bots, or AI tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion & Match Fixing: Colluding with other players, game providers, or third parties to influence the outcome of any game or sports betting market. This includes engaging in or facilitating match fixing in any sporting event offered on the bajilaiv sportsbook.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider for deposits made to bajilaiv. Where a chargeback is raised, your account will be suspended pending investigation. Any winnings generated using funds subject to a chargeback will be withheld until the matter is resolved.

Account Suspension & Closure

bajilaiv reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email to their registered address. During a suspension, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets. bajilaiv will endeavour to complete any investigation within 14 business days and communicate the outcome to the player.

• Voluntary Closure: Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting support@bajilaiv. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses and void winnings) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
• Closure Due to Breach: Where an account is closed as a result of a material breach of these Terms — including fraud, money laundering, multi-accounting, or prohibited conduct — bajilaiv reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance. In such cases, the player will be informed of the grounds for closure and their right to request a review.
• Self-Exclusion Closure: Players who close their account through bajilaiv's self-exclusion programme will have their account suspended for the duration of the exclusion period.
