4. Withdrawal of Available Balance: Any positive balance remaining in your account at the time of exclusion will be processed for withdrawal to your designated bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account, subject to standard KYC verification requirements. No winnings from bets placed after the exclusion request was submitted will be paid out.
5. Marketing Suppression: All promotional emails, SMS notifications, and bonus offer communications will be permanently suppressed for the duration of your self-exclusion period.
